When most people think of olive oil, most people think of using it in their food or on their salad. But olive oil is one of those products that have multiple uses. When using olive oil around the home, there’s no need in buying the most expensive oil on the shelf. Popular brands like Pompeian olive oil are affordable and will work for any of the examples below.

For example, you can use olive oil as a household lubricant. Instead of using petroleum based lubes or sprays in your home, go green and use a dab or two of olive oil. It’s better for you and for the environment.

Instead of spending big bucks on hair conditioner, use some extra virgin olive oil. Olive oil has been used for centuries as a conditioner with great results.
