Common Misconceptions Regarding Bathroom Vanity Units

Published by at 2:43 am under Uncategorized

There is a rising demand for bathroom vanity units nowadays because more people are starting to pay attention to the design of their bathroom. In fact, they want to have a neat and tidy bathroom which is presentable enough for their guests to use. Since the bathroom vanity could beautify the place as well as provide functional usage, it is a well worth investment for most households. You will have no trouble find a suitable one because there are too many choices out there in the market. However, there are a few common misconceptions that people have regarding bathroom vanities and it will be address in this article.

Misconception 1: It is too expensive

This is always a problem because people are looking for quality products yet aren’t willing to pay more for it. With that said, even with a tight budget, you can still get a bathroom vanity that is beautiful and also of acceptable quality. The price of it could range from as low as $200 to a sky high figure like $2000. For me, I would recommend getting one that is around $500-$800 for better quality and a bathroom vanity that comes with the sink on top.

Misconception 2: Limited choices

This is not true because there are a wide variety of bathroom vanities in the market. You can find different colors, shapes, sizes and designs to fit into the style of your bathroom. At the same time, you can choose from wooden, antique, glass, marble and many other materials of bathroom vanity. If your bathroom is huge enough, there is even the double sink bathroom vanity to accommodate 2 people washing up at the same time. However, if your bathroom is too small, there is the corner bathroom vanity unit which could fit into any corners to provide you with additional storage space.

Misconception 3: Difficult to remove

It is common to see people changing the furniture in their house and bathroom vanity units are no different from ordinary furniture. It is easy to remove without leaving any stains on the wall or whatsoever. This is a huge advantage over traditional furniture which needs to be glued to the wall thus creating a hassle to remove it.  Getting something portable such as a corner makeup vanity will save you a lot of trouble if you need to remove it someday.

Get rid of these misconceptions on bathroom vanity units and use them to enhance the appearance of your bathroom. Forget about the budget because there will definitely be something that is affordable and yet elegant. Lastly, remember to purchase a vanity unit that fits into the design of your bathroom to give it a more complete and uniform look.
